I grew up in East Lansing and visited Harbor Country every summer with my family. The quiet pace and sandy shores were a treat! My husband is from St. Joseph/Benton Harbor.  When I applied for my first teaching job in 1994, St. Joe became our home. Raising three children has been an adventure and a joy. Teaching, raising three kids, and running a family-owned manufacturing/sales business makes me uniquely skilled. My own involvement with buying and managing rental properties, as well my own personal properties, has allowed me to understand the experience of real estate.
