Having worked around the world, I returned here, where I grew up, where I’m truly at home, to raise my children. With a degree in geography, I became a student of our region’s wetlands, rivers, farmland, and coastlines. Through my involvement in civic organizations, I became a student of our neighborhoods, communities, arts, industry, parks, preserves and open spaces.

Prior to children (Go Blue/Go Green) I worked as a researcher on Wall Street and as Assistant Vice President in Tokyo. I was certified as a Financial Planner by the IBCFP, which includes registration with SEC and NASD, and licenses in Series 7, Michigan 63, Life, Health and Variable Annuities.
